Anybody could assemble photovoltaic materials into solar cell panels. Then solar cell panels will collect photons particles from sunlight and other sources of light then converted into charges of electrical direct currents (DC) which can charge a battery (or battery banks) as storage for your electrical energy source, could be a source of power for homes.
We can build solar cell at home by using Any output transistor such as bu504 or2n355 or audio output ic (which has many transistor in it) just cut its cap and focus the light with a small lens on the semiconductor chip the volt would be generated between Base and Collector of the tranasistor,if we add more cells in series then a suitable voltage can be produced and if the transistor are connected in parallel then ampere can be developed.

it very complex to bulid the solar cell at home but you can make a solar panel by connecting the cells in serial or parallel to gain the required voltage or current .
just to take special care of front shielding ,soldring and more than all is the sealing .

not possible to build good solar cell at home. but we can build a solar panel by assembling solar cells in parrel and series according to requirement. Good quality solar cells can be purchased from market.
