In my view certifications can just help you add weightage to your resume. You can get Project Management jobs even without certifications if you have good Project Management skills, and experience. It depends on how you demonstrate your skills in the interview.

PMP from PMI, and CSM (Certified Scrum Master) will be good certificates to have for Project Managers. If you have managed projects, then getting these certifications is not rocket science, you can get these without any further trainings.
