I have 14 years of total experience in finance and accounts, how do i get a job in gulf countries. Is referal mandatory?

I have to be honest with you , I am not the right person to answer this question. But it seems that referral and strong network in addition to a very solicited profile may increase the chance of a job seeker to hunt an opportunity in GCC. An advice, don't jump on the first occasion you face it but look for an employer of a choice. By the way I failed to get any chance since two years of job search in the gulf's job market.
