Which is best in teaching writing ?

I believe the best way to teach writing is to encourage students to read. Reading topics of interest holds a student's attention and it is amazing how much can be learned about writing style, grammar, sentence structure, topic development, simply by reading. It's like learning through osmosis. Without reading one can never be a good writer. Find interesting articles, stories etc and have students figure out why they like or don't like it. Helps them to focus on what makes writing good regardless of the writing level or course subject.

First of all let students understand the importance of "WOW" factors in writing. then at least student must come up with ideas of their own,,, never discourage even on foolish ideas, always buck up the pro active approach students towards writing
