Social media is a big & vibrant universe expanding everyday; new stars are born & old ones lose their shine and die.
Make a Social Media Marketing Plan, in which research, internal situation analysis (company’s preparedness) & external situation analysis (market, audience & competitors) are central.

1. Research about target audience and create the types of customers your business engages.
2. Analyze the messages/channels/time where & when the target audience engages
3. Based on the numbers, derive the final KPIs
4. Create a calendar of when/what/how to promote message you would like to deliver to target audience. The calendar here could be created from monthly/weekly/daily and even once in an year/quarter etc.
5. Create the different types of content based on channels and the calendar (blog post, videos, infographics, social media post etc.)
6. Make sure the message is spread uniformly across your website/app/social media channels
7. Finally In the reporting tools, segment your data to check the results and insights and then optimize the campaigns to improve the performance
