What if clients want you to start project ASAP without signing the contract since contracts take1-3 weeks for legal reveiw & approval while project needs to be started ASAP
well it depends on situation. if you are sure that the contract will be signed , then you can start critical activities... but if the contract approval is not sure one should not start and should convince the client on his point.
