A best leader must be a courageous to do work in pressure situation. Always leading from the front. He should be a good and polite to his team. He should be quick in decision making. Always be first in doing or starting a physical work. Should be friendly that his team member talk easily with him. He must be a man of excellence. They should have thorough knowledge about his mission .

Be calm and understanding and can able to handle all kind of situations in using3D's negative and positive sides,risk oriented.

I always follow the team leading approach to complete the task. I try to give mentoring on specific issues and deligate the authority and responsibility to complete the task on time.
