Do you the number of layers that are supported in Photoshop 6.0?

Photoshop6.0 supported as Maximum Number of Layer, while In Photoshop5.5 the maximum number of layers is only. After layers it won’t add layer. 

In current version of Photoshop the limit is layers Depending on your machine spec, RAM, scratch disk, you can have a maximum of layers in each Photoshop image with each layer having as much or as little detail as necessary.one thing to consider in the number of layers, is that each layer adds to the size of the image.  If you affect the entire image with a layer you will double the size of the image.  So if you do a Gaussian blur of a meg picture you now have a meg pictures.
