patience,articulation,manipulation diplomatism,etc are some tricks a teacher has to employ
in my times teachers were functioning on some standard atterns and behaviours it wasnt this complex
Like other matters in life we also learn the disipline of teaching from our predecessors. I got inspiration from a few teachers of mine to become a smarter teacher. I tried to inculcate their attributes and avoid their habits disliked by me. Thus my role became more fascinating for me.
i trained and taught them good manners and descipline whivh makes it easy to teach as they learn to listen.
