Consider the audience as being your friends you invited at your party. Smile to them, talk to them like they are your guests.
Research your audience and then take them off guard by starting your presentation by asking THEM questions about themselves! Nothing too heavy or personal but enough to let them know that you have some knowledge of them and that they are of interest to you. They will be far more receptive to anything that you are "presenting" to them knowing that you CARE!!
If you have a sound knowledge of the subject you are presenting, then you will never be nervous. It is as simple as that.
Confidence about the topic will help you alot.

Yet all the answers given by respected members are true, but what I felt practically remembering my first presentation in AGM of my company is described as below:
A presentation is always a PRESENT TENSE, so, therefore it is the process of synchronization of various pre steps before it is organized.
Therefore being nervous during presentation is the only matter of experience. If you are new to presentation no body can stop you of being nervous. So I do not think it is a big matter, you just need to be fully organized with your documentation which are to be presented and a study of possible post presentation questions.
After only one presentation your nervousness is vanished automatically, as you know that, you have to do this task, so when there isa will there is a way too !!
Confidance.
In addition to input by Mr. Abdel Fattah Ibrahim;
Avoid eye contacts with the audience while making a presentation to avoid distractions.
Practise is as much as possible.
Have mock session.
Remeber the key point, never read the presentation.
Take advice from your senior(who is good in it)
Last but not the least, do PRAY :)
