During interview session, we do consider candidate dressing and it play vital role in hiring decision. We have to have dress accordingly either its male or female. One must go with appropriate dressing as per the own culture not with the organization culture. Avoid using flashy colors, heavy jewelry and stuff. Men should polish their shoes must. Tie your knot every time, not used the years old ties. Female should avoid heavy makeup or jewelry. Be natural and sober.
