We have to utilize all of means to find the suitable candidate for the required position, i.e. job boards, employee referrals and internal posting along with the latest technology like electronic advertisement, online career centers and websites, social networking websites etc.

We use newspaper job advertisement, job agency website, own organization website, social media (Linkedin) and internal circular.
