It's unquestionably a very peculiar situation. The employee due to his work status can't easily deny without the manager feeling insulted. If it was happening to me, I would accept those personal jobs but if those continued and become a daily routine then I would have a polite conversation with him/her. But then again, the manager decides and I don't know if he/she could accept the fact that he/she is over doing it.
Refuse politly by indicating that your work schdual is full, and work comes first.
Yes, I do agree with you all . if its being repeated time and again we need to learn to say "NO"
It's based on the nature of that manager, where if he is a good person and his behaviour to me is good, then
no problem I'll accept, because in many cases when they found a trusted employee, they love him and the relation between them becomes bigger than just at work.
I like these kinds if managers.
Again, It's based on the personality of him.
