By reading their mind, face, expression and thoughts, they come to know everything about even before single word is uttered to them, they know the art of managing people and how to get the best out of anyone and above all by becoming a good human being.

They always keep open the doors of discussions and arguments... but with all of these good things they also keep a safe distance with the people they are dealing with, so in case sometime they have to take any hard decision just for the sake of organization, then their hands would not shiver.
by making it easy for people to work, how do such managers do that? by clarifying what is expected of their employees, define the standard behaviour and performance, give people space to do what you have defined, than reward.
