In customer service there was3types of customers.

Detractors. Who are not at all satisfied and would like to go VIRAL on the social media. THE MOST DANGEROUS.
Fence sitters. - Who are satis fied but not overwhemly satisfied to reffer your products to friends andrelatives.
Satisfied customers who would give u a9 or10 in nps survey. You convert detractors and fence sitters into satisfied or delighted customers by outstanding customer service.
An honest smile, a banking fee waived, a free antivirus software or just a call back as a courtsey to check whether the virus issue on the computer was resolved in the long run are all examples of outstanding customer service.
