What is important for a good administration. Good brain or Education?

I think both is important.

 

It is important to be eduated in order to be successful. It doesn't really matter where the education comes from, whether experience, books, interest or formal institutional education or otherwise, as long as one has the knowledge necessary for a career, they have the skills to become successful. While education in no way guarantees success, it does provide a basis for success.

 

 

We can not dispense with one of the parties

Good brain with quality education. Absence of one undermines the ability of other.

The eduaction is just a paper contains degree has no relation whether you're smart or not.

Because our exams measure only the quantity of info you put in your mind and measure whether you'll remember them or not.

It's away from measuring intellegence of the people.

The real indicator is the good brain.

For example Steve Jobs. 

No wonder!!

If you have no good brain, you cannot get anything. So far education, it is always good, never bad. So the main thing is education you should have, and when you get education, you wil be able to run administration.

A good brain will take you further than formal education, but they should complement each other in the workplace. 

I believe that both are very important, as one is completing the other.

Education is a important degree to measure brain power or intelligence. Bt some time, educated people are not intelligent. For example Newton was not a good student but now if you want to be a good student of science... you are to study Newton's Laws. Same like this Shakespeare was not good in English bt now masters without studying him is incomplete. So I think that intelligence is more important than education. Because some of the people have not education but they are MD. .

The Both are most important.

To be good Aministratio you need skills so I'll go with good brain with some education
