Respected Sir .

I think human qualities matter more than ethinicity. Even they matter more than degree education.

  • A manager should lead from the front.
  • Should be able to inspire his team.
  • Should only look at performance of an indevidual and not ethnicity.
  • Should not be seen  favouring the female staff in terms of leaves granted and otherwise. If the manager in male . Should not discriminate against any gender.
  • If a team member does a mistake should scold him and make him understand how the mistake cost his reputation . But should protect his team memebers from managers higher up as the team is his KRA.
  • Should inspire his team with rewards and showing the team memebers the career path that lie ahead if they perform. Sould not take to threatening an emploee that he would be sacked at the1st instance.
  • Should not bring an emploee to his manager saying that he/ she is unmanagable . This would show his weakness.
  • Should not show negetive personal feelings at work.
  • The team members should consider him to be a just person.
  • Everything else about mangement skills can be learnt from books.
