Mr. Saif there could not be an ideal number for turn over as it depends on sector, industry where you exist. Mostly in sales, we do have higher turnover rates and in double digits. For office related position we have less than10% is good. Once again I emphasized that we must have to consider the industry trends and then decides ours acceptable range.
We cannot cap the rate of turnover as tolerable or intolerable. Employee turnover has become the trend and employers will have to live with it. Even companies like Google who shower employees with great perks and benefits has to face a good amount of talent attrition. As an employer, You cannot put a stop on the turnover, The best way is to ensure you build a great workplace for employees, so the amount of attrition will be on the lower side.
