FOR SENIOR EXECUTIVES above 45 ONLY : Is your past your best years or the best is still to come?

The best is still to come for me, I built wide experience and learned a lot over the past years of my professional career. I am still learning new things and utilizing what I have experienced that helping me to explore my full potential

It’s about hope & efforts…As per human kind nature we never satisfy what we done that’s why we perusing  forever more & more.

My past was the best and i'm confident to continue the same in future too.

I think that there is still opportunities to do the best in future if the life span extended.

The life is a continual improvement philosophy. This is the frame of solid experience.

Very interesting question Mr. Dawood ...That would have been a great question for the younger generation to reflect on as well.

I do take opportunity to answer this discussion, ratherly not of45 years, but hope my contribution will not disappoint you in terms of experience:

Its a HOPE that, future shall be best than past, but, for making future best, one have to implement all experiences in practical , efficient & sufficient way, to isolate problems and to define the work style.

As Yahoo, chairman said, I think, it is the only experience of him, which enables him to see the future best, as he find,himself, capable to isolates problems, the way to sought out, and working innovations, which shows him a ray of prosperity.

UH RIGHT QUESTION,,, BEST YOUNG DAYS ARE GONE WHEN YOU LEARN AND APPLY ,,AFTER45 ITS LITTLE LEFT TO LEARN BECAUSE YOU KNOW  ALMOST MUCH OF GOOD PORTION FOR  YOUR PROFESSIONAL LIFE,,, NOW ITS TIME TO UNLEARN THE BAD OR DRAGGING DATA FROM YOUR MIND AND HAVE ONLY USEFUL ITEMS IN YOUR HEAD,,, I RECENTLY DID A MANAGEMENT COURSE THAT HOW TO UNLEARN THE DELETABLE LEARNING FROM OUR MINDS,,, INTERESTING ONE ,,,, WE HAVE TO LEARN & UNLEARN THROUGH OUT IN OUR LIFE,,,, GOOD LUCK TO YOUNG OLDIES

we learned a lot till we are45 +, using these experiences developing your work environment, buidling other's capacities, and transfering the knowledge you gaind ........  i beleive the best is still to come
