Exercise and physical activity are a great way to feel better, gain health benefits and have fun. As a general goal, aim for at least30 minutes of physical activity every day. If you want to lose weight or meet specific fitness goals, you may need to exercise more.

Working with youngsters with learning disabilities is a challenging but very rewarding occupation. Having an input into how these youngsters develop and progress gives me a great sense of achievement and satisfaction. It makes me feel that I have made a significant contribution to someone else's lives which in turn make me feel like a better person.

Well i believe it depends what sort of job you are doing, at time very are not happy with our jobs though we are getting money from it and running our life’s but we are never enjoyed the work we are doing.

 

 

For me if you are doing right work (area of your interest) is the big motivational factor which leads me to see myself as confident individual who want to achieve his personal and  professional goals and always been positive about life and seen life in positive manner.
