Which is the bigger brand - the hospital or the doctor?

I think both. Mostly the Hospital has a bigger image instead of doctor, but there are certain examples where the hospital OPD is totally dependent on the practice of a doctor. so my vote is for both

hospital 

public values service (access, amenities, ease of scheduling) and value-added items to the patient over and above whatever else is available in the marketplace, These things build the hospital brand which come from doctors clinical quality (skill level, training, peer reputation), and equipments

A Doctor with his/her expertise and facility updated infrastructure collaborate to build a hospital branded.

The Hospital has a bigger brand

Can the hospital work without doctors.?  NO

Can the doctor work without hospital? Yes

So you could have an idea that the doctor is the base for the hospital and more important as he could run his own business separately 

Mostly the Hospital has a bigger image instead of doctor

both are bigger brands because hospital image & brand is matter on market.

second thing doctor is valuable brand in the hospital & hospital depand on doctor so my opionion is doctor more valuable of bigger brand.
