In my views, the following indicators are helpful in determining the recuritment efficiency
Job Specification: it is very important to formulate exactly what kind of an employee a company interested to hire regardng experience, skills, education etc
Job Description: Then described carefully key responsbilities of that job. very important becasue the same will be use in determining both efficiency and effectivness of recruitment policy,recuritment plan and process, and finally the performance of the employee who hired.
Cost of Recruitment: if the employer gets more benefits than the cost he has incured, then it is good one and vice versa.
Employee's Assessment: During probation period, if the new appointee meet all the job responbilities on time by saving resources of the employer, then it is good policy.
