Do you see yourself as a good supervisor? Why?

Yes I believe I am .I have a team of highly motivated staff or produce excellent quality work.Good realtions with our clients.My team meet all deadlines unless there are circurmstances beyond our control.We are like a close knit family and our output speaks for itself.A good team is only as good as their leader.

consider my self as a good supervisor because;

i. i know how to motivate the staff

ii. i try to own them by making them good friends yet keep a bet of a distance on the job.

iii. i motivate them by exemplary leadership.
