HR executive handle the needs of employees in a company, such as payroll, benefits and services. They hire, train and manage a staff of human resources specialists. They also oversee the recruiting, interviewing, training and firing of all the employees of an organization.

Admin Executive handle all administration maters like maintenance, transportation, travel. Still in small and medium size companies, they get person do to HR and admin and name it HR and Admin Executive. Anyway the two title have managerial accountibilities.
