They say a specialist has depth of knowledge while a generalist has breadth of knowledge. A manager needs both. What is your opinion?
Certainly knowledge is important not only for a manager but for all stakeholders as well. However, for a manager, what is more important, is to have the attitude to learn and skills to connect with realities in addition a set of other skills. And he must belive in the fact that there is always a better way of doing a job and knowledge does not have any limit. This will help him enhancing his/her skills & performance.
