What is the easiest way to get a near estimate of heat load balance and the cooling required in terms of CFM, TNR and temperature within a building ?

Load balance : There is criteria of area per TR. For normal office area it becomes17 -22 m2/TR. and public assembley places it will be like12 -14m2/TR so tonnage can be found on the basis of area. Normaly for DX cooling system400 CFM/TR is used and for chilled water slightly more cfm let say470 -520 CFM/TR can be used. So by area you can find estimated tonnage and then by tonnage u can find CFM. Temperature within building will remain22 -24 deg C for these calculation assumption.
