KPI or Key Performance Indicator are all those crucial elements or indicator's which will make the store or an Outlet more visible & attractive & thus making an consumer/customer experience more enriching.

The indicator's could be several crucial elements such as:-

Proper display of Merchandise or products.

Inventory control

Service level to the customers (Service Indicator)

Length & breadth of Products (Based on Target CUstomers) to choose from.

Order & Delievery schedule (Time Managment)  etc

1- Arrangement of goods as per defince category and index.

2- Acess to goods within short time.

3- Physical stock VS. system report shoud be same or within minimal difference.
