Positive attitude is very important and it has a great impact on people's performance. And we can look at it from two perspectives:1- Positive attitude of managers with their employees: And in this case we mean that managers work on developing their people's skills and devising motivational programs that brings the best of them. Instead of criticizing their team for the skills they lack, they work on developing their skills and coaching them to improve. Also having emotional intelligence and dealing with everyone in the way that suits them and in the way that triggers their excellence. Dealing with employees in this way makes them enagaged, loyal and motivated to give their best and hence increases productivity and quality.
2- One's own positive attitude: In this case, it is our own internal way of dealing with life. When we fail, do we learn from our mistakes and move on to develop and become better and succeed next time or do we stop and give up? We are all capable of acquiring skills and learning them as well. That is why Learning & Development is vital on the growth of a professional.
Periodical training keeps the profesional on track because if you actively learn & know more on job at hand the better one becomes in executing their duties.
Secondly incentives also raise the spirits of an employee. Knowing that there is a reward after a task makes one engage & involve in brainstorming sessionsor researching the task thus enhancing effectiveness and a more positive outlook.
The other thing is Personality. You cannot teach anyone on personality like the way you can teach on skills! Always looking on the bright side ,being level headed and reminding oneself about the beauty of life and of greater and better things to come keeps one focused and upbeat in an otherwise crazy & frustrating situation at work or in the world that we live in.

Workplace attitudes have an effect on every person in the organization, from the employees to the company owner. The positive attitude is a process which filters optimism from pessimism in a person. When an amployee is filtered from pessimism he will be capable to conquer the world. In this way , employee thinks he is going to have a good time in this company if he works hard along with taking responsibility and ownership. When employee becomes optimistic there will be productivity and creativity from him which will leverage output or profit of the company. And once the company invest its trust on him he becomes succcessful.
