Start up new company within an existing entity is easier

Work with company or some new units of the company

• If you are ready to take risk
• If you are able to work more than20hrs a day
• If you want your future to be happier by working hard today
• If you think building door to invite exactly your type of oppurtunity
• If you are ready to get dirty
• If you are ready to get into troubles (names can be repaired)
• If you are ready to face many failures

If you want to say no even for a single question, then work with a company and invest in their ideas and take less risk

As for me, it is to work with company
