There are two kinds of people, those who do the work and those who take the credit for it. Which one you are?

Try to be in the first group there is less competition there.

If someone else was taking the credit then I will not do the work. Unless I'm on the receiving end of the second, then I won't be doing the first.

There's nothing more satisfying at your workplace than getting recognised and credited for your input. I'm the kind of person who does work (to the best of my abilities, thinking outside the box). If the recognition does not match its source, I wouldn't cry out for it, instead when the next project is on the table, make the person who got credited to relate the success story of the last project. There you go, thats my recognition! Im in between, and its not bad being in that position!
