Is there a way to duplicate a Smart object but using a separate source for it?

Yep. Just right click on the smart object layer and choose New Smart Object via Copy and double click on it and change whatever you want; it won't affect the original Smart Obejct.

Totaly  people are then using the smart  mobile so Ethernet so mobile having  any problem slove them
