What are the common Problems of Using Internet as a Communications Channel in business?

I think one problem is that with written material, like e-mail, you can't tell the tone of what is written easily, sometimes.  A person can write a remark which can then be interpreted as being sarcastic, or matter-of-fact, so mis-communication can result.

Key problem of internet communication is the uncertainty in the data transfer, as well as the insufficient possibility of speech expression.

In business comunication it is not enough only to listen about what the speaker tells us,  it is also necessary to read the body language from where we can draw very important conclusions.

You can't deliver your point of view as it is in your mind and need to explain a lot, but writing will not help you.
