First, I want to appreciate you for this important and valuable question.

-          I will talk briefly in this large topic and tell you that HR could follow these steps when the “Management” is not listening to its recommendations :

·         When recruiting new candidates, put the right person in the right position.

·         As HR, you can always do researches & studies about the importance of EMPLOYEE’S LOYALTY in developing the company.

·          If the director of the company has a dictator manner, as HR you can always invite experts in the HR field from outside and explain to this man under the title of “ How to increase you company’s profits” and convincing him by lightning the importance of recommendations that he wasn’t listen to it before .

·         Treat you qualified employees well and recognize them by an encouragement, inviting them to participate in some of important decisions….

-          Treat your employee as an important asset and not as a machine can assure your capacity and your success in making him a LOYAL EMPLOYEE.

Sir

This is a very common problem in all cos in the Indian IT,ITES and BPO sector. Young fresh graduates are attracted by the  relative high salary ( Which IT secor can afford as they earn in American $ from their clients, global multinationals like HP, Morgan Stanley)become frustrated with graveyard shift over a short period of time. But as the no of fresh graduates coming out in immense no one really bothers. It is really a game of demand and suply of the human capital.
