What would you do to improve the work environment?install a pool table and a soft drink machine?or you will take care and listen to your employees?

Every employee is always eager for an incentive or something extra which motivates and makes him or her bring in productivity at work. Installing a pool table and a soft drink machine will defnitely be a big time attention getter for the employees. By doing this you are already taking good care of your employees. Every company listens to the employee only if they work well  because actions speaks louder than words. So I bet if you add pool table and soft drink machine, it will make the work more fun for the employees. And if work becomes fun, all employees would eager to complete their tasks and work in a team.

Listen to employees carefully, and see if their stuffs can be achieved or what this is good for business.

I will do both and ask for exceeding agreed performance measures.

• If installing a cold drinks machine would resolve all hr issues there would be no need  for the Hr dept.
• Yes listning to emploees is important .And it could reduce frictionand the attrition rate to a large extent.
• Also the internal job postings need to be more available to more emploees.
• If an emploee has done well in the written test but had failed in the IJP intervew proper explanatoin has to be given to the emploee by the hr dept.

If You Want My Opinion, I Will Give The Choice To The Employees

Install some type of equipment or introduce some personal & motivational systems based on the performance.

Al these your efforts are good for a better work environment    

under the company culture and create social fmaily function where the everyone will enjoy the staff / family and this is the idea and to bring work and family cultures to the enjoy the pool table or soft drink machine are temporaly solution
