some questions are common & asked from almost all candidates freshers, executives, deptt heads atc, explained well by Mr Nadeem.

Some questions depend on the job profile, like team building is major requirement of that postions then stress will be more on question like what is your leader ship style? How you mange your team? How you manage team conflicts?,What is the largest team size you have managed? etc.
