3 Core values as per my opinion are :

1) Ability by Top Management to adopt MBO Philosophy. Managing by objectives means the strong committment by the Organisation to stay focussed to the objectives and periodic reviewing if the objectives are being met. If not, the management takes corrective steps which may also include closing down the line of operations/projects.

2) Ability to Change with the changing environment - market, demand, competion, economical, political, industrial, regulatory, etc. and ability to protect the interests & aspirations of all stakeholders including employees, vendors, contractors, customers, society & community etc.

3) Adoption of TQM which emphasises on the philososophy of continuous improvemets in all work areas and levels of the organisation and strong quality consciousness amongst all its employees.

Service Excellence- Giving the best and world class service and achieving excellence each passing day. Satisfied Clients will keep on coming back to patronize our services and products, and these Clients will tell other people about our excellent service which gives a big factor  to win or get more Clients.

Integrity-To act with honesty and integrity without compromising the truth. In order to gain the trust of Clients, we must be honest  and sincere on how we deal with our Clients. Once trust is lost, it will be very difficult to gain back that Client's trust. Consistent honesty and integrity obviously maintain good relationship with Clients.

Accountability- Responsibility of our actions that influence the lives of our customers and fellow workers. We must urdertake our responsibility  and must be ready to face whatever consequences resulting from our actions. Therefore, all precautionary measures and utmost care have to be made in order to avoid Client's complaints that entails probable costly remedy for harmful outcome as a result of mistakes or lapses in judgment. Demonstration of accountability makes our Clients comfortable with us which erases whatever doubts that might be in the minds of our Clients and they will remain with us and even invite other Clients to engage our services or buy our products.
