1. Make as accurate load calculation as you can.
2. You can use energy efficient equipments.
3. You should use equipments which can bear partial load and partial energy.
4. The equipments should be kept in places as recommended otherwise installing heavy equipment very near to each other will reduce efficiency.
5. renewable sources can be used.
6. heat recovery systems can be used.
7. the major heat sources should be studied like using double or triple glaze glass, using LED lights etc.
