Should take a training cours in the field of quality and quality Managament also in food safet and occupy
Experience can always be compensated with outstanding training and qualifications.1) Of course you have to be fluent in English holding a band score above6 on IELTS scale; and a second language would be a great plus.
2) You need to take a practical course in Chromatographic Micro-analysis (HPLC, GC-Ms,... etc). Such courses are available at reasonable prices in the Chemistry Administration in Cairo.
3) You need to prepare a portfolio to brag about in interviews, your graduation project is a very important part of that portfolio so give it ultra-attention and memorize interesting scientific facts which will blow off the interviewer's mind convincing him of you as a science guy!
4) Remember that80% of the quality control duties are based on the quantitative analytical chemistry syllabus you had so study that part perfectly and it will surely get you a great Q. C. position.
By working in QA & QC department we get experince in said feild as such.
