Working in a call centre or customer service centre gives me the previlege to interact with people of different class; know how each class reasons and derive a strategy to ensure their maximum satisfaction.

customer service, less hassle, less pressure, and no quotas, unlike in sales where you have a minimum sales quota target, and for hardcore selling, it will be outbound, unlike in customer service, all inquiries are inbound and you just have to provide the answers to them. This is only my opinion because sales has always been my weakness
