it is very easy to theoretically list down the techniques thats coukd lower the inventory levels.
Howevr in the real life scenarios its a little difficult, NOT IMPOSSIBLE.
The first thing thats you would want to do is to identify which vendors comprise the maximum items in your inventory.
This could also be identified by identifitying the utems / materials takibg up your major inventory and thus identifying the vendors.
Get into a rate contract, consignment stock whatever is the method that suits your company and nature of your business.
