If according to law of conservation of energy, energy can not be destroyed than why do Governments face energy crisis?

Simply because they are too lazy to bother investing in the reconversion process!For example:Some governments would rather let the organic waste rot instead of using Bactria to get biofuel out of it!Thank God, it's only some governments that are this lazy; while the rest of the civilized world knows better.

energy cannot be destroyed but it can be changed in to other forms of energies like heat. that is why it is said that measures should be taken to increase the system efficiency and reduce losses of the system as a whole be it transmission, distribution or generation. most of the countries have very high percentage of energy losses, which obviously accounts to no good. In my opinion investments should be made in order to upgrade the system to increase its capacity and efficiency.
