I obey authority out of respect because before obeying I research the authority's intentions and arguments, and only submit myself to it if I agree with them. I wouldn't put myself in a position where I obey authority out of fear because it is a disruptive lifestyle.
By Respecting the Position
Fear develops stress in work place, therefore it is good for one to respect authority instead of fear them.
it depends on the authority itself that in which way the authority wants to be obeyed.
