The fear plays a destroying role in the man's life. Every fear leads you to lose.

But courage is the most powerful trait in the man's life, and if it's existed, a lot of good things may happen.

Courage is better than fear. Motivation can bring more rather than panishment. For keeping all discipline, panishment is neccessary bacause if anyone engages any unfair activities. I always in favor of motivation, whenever any lack of performance try to keep them into training and development activites.

Without fear, we can’t have courage. We cannot act courageous in any situation unless we have something to protect, something to honor, something to prove, or something to commit to.

I think a bit differently. I think both fear and courage play a symbiotic relationship when it comes to an individual's success.

I think to be fearful is necessary, it allows one to be grounded when faced with a challenge or an oppurtunity. It is an 'internal alarm' that tells us we need to analyze, decide and choose from the options we have in front of us and not just jump irrationally.

So in effect, fear allows us to be cautious and courage lets us act. And both cumulatively lead to success.
