Dear Sir/Madam, Please clarify my doubts. Specification: If the ESD system is defined as TMR (Triple Module Redundancy) and ESD system should SIL3 or less. My doubt: Is necessary to use three instruments in same line. (series or for same process application). If two instrument is used to achieve SIL3, weather we have to increase the count.. Is3 SIL2 enough..
