I've restructured the company and develop a modern system and staff training on the new system and the company opened new international markets

Offer more to the community, township and to less fortunate.

I think it helps, greatly, if companies have a corporate charity partner that they support, one that represents their values and membership in the community.

First of all, I loved my job very much and I always gave my very best to do any project we had to realize in Marketing Department. Then, i tried to be, at least,  in a  good relationship both with my team members in Marketing Department and with the Department we were connected closely, but I may say with all Sectors in my company. As I had support first, from the CEO of my company and my directors, that gave me strength to accept new challenges, to suggest new ideas and to develop them enthusiastically...

In my opion a company which makes untrue claims is not honest nor ethical ... I select companies which do not use child labor ... 

Charity is great at one point, however if it just white washes raceme than the company is not honest or ethical... Car manufacturers which do not recall faulty car models and justify it with the fact that it cost more than settling a law suit ... is not honest or ethical.

When politicians vote for a subject, just because a lobbyist of a big company offers them a good paying job or funding for a reelection ... or when they have information about projects and utilize it to enrich themselves ... in the industry it is called insider trading and is punished by law ...

is in my opion it is not ethical or honest, since he gets paid by the people and is put into office buy us the voters/people ... corruption comes to mind   

Worked in team with full focus and plan in developing the accurate system with the guidance of my Manager.

I have promoted an exclusive brand name which is well accepted and received by the people and enjoy a very good reputation.  A-Z work was routed through me as if on a turn key basis.
