As a distributor in a food industry, how can i make my boss happy apart from being honest to him?

Always try to achive your goal on time, always your boss will be happy.

you should achieve your targets given by boss and do well in what ever you do, It will keep your confidence up and will boost your boss confidence on you 

"Under Promise, Over Deliver".... while setting target, negotiate to set a target which is easily achieveable....once set... work hard to go beyond that. thats it.
