You can learn .Net Technology by-self using video tutorials and ebooks available on the internet. I am agree with Mr.Dharmesh Patel's answer the www.pluralsight.com is specifically for .Net technologies and www.lynda.com is for almost all the popular technology and softwares available in the market.  I am Software Engineer and learned so many things from these websites. I think it will give you quick jump. Learning by self through eBooks will be li'l bit tougher than video tutorials.

It depends whether you are going to spend money or not. Everything over the internet is available to learn by-self. There are few very good paid websites available like www.lynda.com and www.pluralsight.com to learn online through videos. Apart from this websites there are thousands of free eBooks available online to learn .Net Programming Languages. Sometmes during study if you have any confusion you can simply post your questions to thousands of blogs where people are ready to support your. Few of good question/answer websites are stackoverflow.com, codeproject.com, etc... I am a Sr.Network Engineer working in a IT Web Development Firm where my culigs are learning new concepts and technology online using such a way.

You can check w3schools.com  for a start to learn the basic of it and understand it . but if you realy want to learn it  and get advanced i suggest to find a free / or paid online course like couresera.org . it is very helpful . 

There are plenty of ebooks and web site that you can start of, just google it

i assume you know the basics.

the best way is to start your own project on .net technology what ever it is.

while making project you will know what you don't know.

and internet is open to every thing you will find out about the specific code or module or function.

if you want creat asp.net you need to know how to make page, link database and you can find all these things on internet just search how to create asp.net webpage, how to link database to asp.net

at the end of the project you will know alot
