Is this really happening in my office or every were? hatred between employees?

Research about MOBBING ......... it is not common, but competition between employees can be hard, or social background  of different people can influence company culture - if company have it at all ........ in any case, you must fight back both to protect your human integrity and to develop company culture as well ... good luck!

My friend, this happens everywhere. Not only in the workplace, but also at home, at school, and in private organizations. Envy and Greed will always be there. To deal with these kind of people, it will seem impossible and hopeless. People who make false accusations in order to bring down someone only means two things: one, you are on top of them because all they can do is to pull you down, and two, they are jealous and insecure. The only thing you can do here to avoid any conflicts is to ALWAYS be safe with whatever you are doing, if you did something, document it, if you made any signatures, read well before signing, if you were out of the blue, being accused of something that you never did, then demand for an evidence or proof, without proof, an accusation will just remain as a theory and never a fact. If your boss will believe them even without a proof, talk to the highest ranking manager in the company, the DM or the CEO, raise this concern and don't let them step down on you. Don't be afraid if you know for yourself that you haven't done anything. The only mistake that you will make is if you let them succeed with their wrongdoings. So always be one step ahead. If you know that they can use something against you in the future, be ahead of it, plan ahead, even if there is no problem as of the moment, there is no harm in being safe and cautious, especially if you are being surrounded by these kind of people. 

Having an education is not the reason why they dislike you, it could be their frustrations and fear of competition that makes them dislike you as a person. So in short, it is not your fault for being smarter and better than them. 

I also agree with Mr. Rashid, CEOs don't think like that, they don't take sides and just easily believe in hear-says or gossips, they have an open mind and they are wise, they wouldn't be in that position if they weren't. But in rare occassions that even the CEO is against you and is taking sides with the bad people, then just leave the company, there is no point staying in a company that is close-minded and has a crab mentality

That is common everywhere. If you are really good and you are confident about it, don't worry.

Higher position is not gaining through unessary hardworking, you must create a value by providing valuable service. 

It's hard to understand but if you are experience you will get my point. 

Throug this thinking from you mind that any dirty game in the office make your position down because in private sector every one is responsible for his own act.

Correct, but very few of them know the procedure. There is no rocket sience just you want to use little common sense to make the things in proper format. (Tip identify the way how you finish your define task in better way what management ask you in minimal time) you will get the postion. 

-if you have education background people dislike you they think that you will be given high position. 

Ans) I don't think any reasonable office members specially CEO think like that, one more thing in practical life only education is not every thing, you expirence with your appropriate education makes magic. I recomend you to be positive if you think positive then you must improve those things where your Jr or Sr team members pointing. 

I have12 years + professional expirence still i admit the mistakes and try to improve what my team members point out. 

-my boss gave me a car and they did their dirty jobs until my boss take back his car

Again, Do you think CEO's of the company is such duffer :) they are highly smart and think beyond what you are seeing in your surroundings 

The best thing in CEO's i like they listen every one but they only do what they want so CEO's never care what other people are saying if you are benefial for him no one hurts you so be calm and do the job dedicatedly  

-Also they ruin my reputation to my boss what should I do? any advice please?
