In terms of performance appraisal, did your supervisor dominate to you?

Over my past30+ years in the market, and with more than15 appraisals I had with my managers during this period,  I do not remember that I had been under the dominance of my managers.

Instead, my memories/perceptins of the appraisal that it had always been fair and professionally executed even if I disagreed with its outcomes from time to time.
