Do you belief good performer works more than low performer?

Generally speaking, this could be true ... However, there may be exceptions to the rule here and there depending on the specifics case-by case. 

If peformance is measured by results, then how huch work becomes undeciding factor.If performance is measured by effort and time spent , then yes, the whone who works more will be better peformer than the one who worls less !
